MBB Sticks By Results Of Its Impact Assessment On The Revision Of The Maternity Leave Directive
Following the publication of a report and comments by MEP Prof. Edward Scicluna, which has questioned the results of the MBB impact assessment report on the effects of the proposed changes to the Maternity Leave Directive, the Malta Business Bureau reiterates that it stands by the results issued in its technical report. The MBB states that its impact assessment was carried out in a methodologically correct manner and presented clear, factual and realistic findings.
