The Malta Business Bureau is given direction and run by a board of Trustees, The Malta Business Foundation. The Board is made up leading businessmen and senior officials of the Malta Chamber and MHRA, the MBB's parent organizations. The Board is composed of: Mr. John Huber as President of MBB, Mr. George Micallef, Mr. Anthony Zahra, Mr. Anton Borg, Mr. Tancred Tabone and Mr. Mario Spiteri. The Board is also attended by Mr. Kevin J. Borg and Ing. Ray Muscat, Director Generals of the Malta Chamber, Mr. George Schembri CEO of MHRA and Mr. Joe Tanti CEO of MBB. The Board of Trustees meets on a monthly basis, to monitor the developments of the MBB and also to provide a strategic direction. Over the years, the synergies achieved between the parent organizations through this initiative have been remarkable especially as the realization that the Maltese business community requires a direct channel to the various EU institutions which initiate proposals for wide ranging policies.
