These terms and conditions govern your use of the Malta Business Bureau website operated by MBB.


1. Application of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.

2. Interpretation

"We", "us, "our", "MBB" means Malta Business Bureau, Casa Leone, Pjazza Robert Samut, Floriana, any connected organization;

"You", "your" means the person visiting the website under these terms and conditions.

"Working days" means Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm

5. The MBB Customer Agreement

These Terms and Conditions supplement the MBB Customer Agreement, which applies to registered MBB customers. Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimize inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.

6. Customer Support

MBB operates a complaints handling procedure which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Mbb.org.mt aims to provide outstanding customer service. If you have any complaint about the service you have received from us please contact us on info@mbb.org.mt or alternatively please call us on 21251719.
