5. The MBB Customer Agreement
These Terms and Conditions supplement the MBB Customer Agreement, which applies to registered MBB customers. Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimize inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.
6. Customer Support
MBB operates a complaints handling procedure which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Mbb.org.mt aims to provide outstanding customer service.
